2. FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES - Graduates of this Qualification are competent to be a:

• Waitress (Chef de Rang / Demi Chef de Rang)
• Food Attendant
• Food Server
  

3. BAKING/PASTRY PRODUCTION - Graduates of this Qualification are competent to be a:

• Commis 1, 2, or 3 - Pastry
• Baker / Pastry Cook
